How do I change my NetProspex.com password?

If you are logged into NetProspex.com, click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. On the My Account page, scroll down to the "Your Account Profile" section. You are asked to enter in your new desired password and confirm it. Once you have entered your new password in, click the red "Update" button. 

If you are on the NetProspex.com login page, input your username then select “Forgot your password?" On the next page enter your email address that you use as your username. An email will be sent to the username with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email be sure to check your junk folder. If you still have not received an email, contact our support team at support@smartmarketingdata.com.
